Default Re: PR 0.9 Map Rotation

Dragon fly is broken, it should not be used in my opinion.
Faluja west (INS)
Beirut (AAS)
Asad Khal (AAS)
Ejod (skirmish)
Gaza Beach (INS)
Iron Ridge (INS)
Kashan Desert (vehicle warfare)
Fools Road (skirmish)
Silent Eagle (AAS)
Yamalia (AAS)
Operation Archer (INS)
Ramiel (INS)
Muttrah (AAS)
OP Baracuda (AAS)
Lashkar Valley INS
Siege at Ochamachira AAS

Please add any other original maps that I missed so we have as many different maps in the rotation as we can and try to toss them in as skirmish if it fits.

I had fun but one map seems broken and it needs to be fixed. All the old noob problems are back but that will pan out with time. New fob assets are pretty and nobody uses them... other than that, great maps, nice game play but feels less like pr that it used to, more like COD on some maps, (run, shoot, die, respawn & repeat) but I am sure the teamwork will come back atleast a little and maybe that will go away.

Yamalia is set to C&C, this map is way to big for a game mode people dont ever see or understand. We need C&C on something small like Asad Khal, this makes it easier to find the enemy and the fob & keeps it fun for new people. Good c&c maps are alot of fun and great on big maps, but the public is:

A not used to this game mode
B hardly build fobs in AAS and do not understand its purpose
C bored when they cannot find any enemy
D going to other servers

Please no more C&C on huge maps, the pubbers will go elsewhere.

Thanks!

I don't think thats the current rotation. But it should be changed to something similar.

We just changed the current rotation. Took out some of the less popular maps/bugged maps and added some of the more popular maps. Lets see how this one works.

Default Re: PR 0.9 Map Rotation

bump, more people have played more maps, lets get some suggestions so our rotation doesn't get stale while we chat!

I still am sticking with my old suggestion:

Faluja west (INS)
Beirut (AAS)
Asad Khal (AAS)
Ejod (skirmish)
Gaza Beach (INS)
Iron Ridge (INS)
Kashan Desert (vehicle warfare)
Fools Road (skirmish)
Silent Eagle (AAS)
Yamalia (AAS)
Operation Archer (INS)
Ramiel (INS)
Muttrah (AAS)
OP Baracuda (AAS)
Lashkar Valley INS
Siege at Ochamachira AAS

more maps = more happy people and lets us change to different maps to see what ones populate the best =D

I will again say what i think makes a good rotation, a mix of small and big maps, some where we have pilots, some insurgency and a few skirmish maps that get rid of all the armor/jets/choppers and go by quick. Try to organize the teams so one team doesn't always get stuck as insurgent or have the better equipment every time. Variety keeps people from getting bored and if we have the same rotation as anyone else, why chose us over them?
