I know how to use 3D applications but never heard of Zmodeler. I used Zbrush before, I thought that was what you where referring to. lol.
But like any 3d application, they are all the same.

anyone have the ability to model building assets for a game?

Ahh, good old GTA mods.

I personally don't use Zmodeler anymore, but I have found these excellent solutions that are better imo.

I do, I am a freelance modeler and texture artist back in my days. Use to teach it as well. But time is never on my side...
